Method
What happens between us buying it and you opening it
Unlockable bootloaders only
A phone whose bootloader is locked for good can never run GrapheneOS. We list a handset only when it's factory unlocked or its bootloader has been verified as unlockable — never a carrier-locked one.
The official release
GrapheneOS comes from the project's own release channel and is checked against its signing key. Nothing sideloaded, no third-party build.
Verified boot restored
We re-lock the bootloader afterwards, so the phone refuses to start tampered software — the protection stock firmware gives you, now guarding GrapheneOS instead.
Boxed or handed over
Nothing ships until it's built. We order your handset after you buy, and once it reaches us it's flashed and sent within 5–7 business days. Flat $10.00 anywhere in the US, or meet us in Sandpoint, ID for free.

We buy one-off used handsets as they surface, so stock here is refreshed every four hours and a listing disappears the moment that particular phone is gone. If one is claimed after you've paid, you get a full refund immediately — we will never quietly substitute a different device.
