Shipping — $10.00 flat

One flat rate of $10.00 to any address in the United States, however many phones are on the order. Tracked, and you get the number by email when it goes out.

Local to us? Choose local handoff at checkout and pay nothing for delivery. We'll email you once your phone is built to arrange a time and place.

No international shipping

We ship within the United States only. Checkout won't accept a non-US address.

How long it takes

Every phone is sourced and built to order, so nothing ships the day you buy it. There are two stages, and the total is both of them added together:

1. Sourcing. We order your handset from our supplier once you've paid, and wait for it to reach us. How long that takes is up to them, so we can't promise a date — we'll email you the moment it arrives.
2. Build and ship — 5–7 business days. Once it's here we flash GrapheneOS, verify the install, re-lock the bootloader, and send it out. That window starts when the phone reaches us, not when you order.

You'll get an email when your handset arrives with us and the build starts, and another with tracking when it ships. If sourcing drags on, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing — and you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.

If we can't source your phone

Every listing is a single specific handset. If one is claimed before we can secure it, we refund you in full straight away and tell you what happened. We won't substitute a different phone without asking.
